How much does it cost to use AgoraPay?

AgoraPay costs 1.5% + €0.20 (excl. VAT) per card transaction within the EEA. The 1.5% fee can be broken down into 1.2% for acquisition processing and 0.3% for AgoraPay services. For more information about our pricing, please contact us. Other payment methods are explained here. No installation fee or monthly fee. The charge for new merchant enrolment is €10 (excl. VAT). You pay only for your usage, with no minimum fee. Prices are subject to change in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in your contract.

Are there any additional fees for using the platform?

No. There are no additional fees. In the event of non-payment, any fees associated with handling the dispute may apply. For more information, please contact us.

AgoraPay’s payment solution is exclusively intended for professionals who wish to collect funds in relation to their business activities and utilise the necessary payment methods.

To register and take advantage of the offer, clients need to:

- be a legal entity carrying out all or part of its professional activities via an online point of sale,

- in the case of third-party collections, be authorised to receive funds on behalf of merchants, (i) by way of an authorisation issued by the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution [French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority] (ACPR) covering the provision of subsequent payment services, or failing that (ii) under its status as a Crédit Agricole Payment Services agent registered with the ACPR and in accordance with the mandate signed with Crédit Agricole Payment Services

- in the event of an electronic payment acquisition entered into with an institution of the Crédit Agricole Group (the “Bank”), grant Crédit Agricole Payment Services proxy to transfer the funds collected remotely via card transactions paid into the professional account (opened with the Bank and supporting the acceptance contract) to the payment account opened with Crédit Agricole Payment Services.

The AgoraPay offer includes a payment account and set of services relating to use of the account as part of the Client’s activity.

48 working hours upon receipt of compliant documents and subject to Crédit Agricole Payment Services’ approval to open the payment account after reviewing the documents.
