AgoraPay offers several service offers including AgoraPay acceptance (Card, SCT, SDD, Payment initiation) but also an acquisition solution for PayFac with CAPS Etablissement de Paiement.

PayFac choose its technical acceptance provider, which will be connected to AgoraPay to acquire payment flows.

Transactions are collected on PayFac payment accounts, and webhook notifications are sent to track collections.

PayFac can then use the APIs provided for flow management:

• Transfer API to transfer money between different merchant/PayFac payment accounts
• PayOut API to disburse funds to the merchant's bank account
• Webhook management, including various commissions and fees (schemes, interchange, electronic payment)

With each merchant enrollment, it is possible to request the creation of an electronic payment contract.

This electronic payment contract will be communicated to the technical acceptance provider to accept payments. AgoraPay will be able to automatically collect funds from each merchant account by identifying the electronic payment contract specific to each merchant in the electronic payment flows.

It will then be possible to disburse funds to each merchant's bank account either via the PayOut API (allowing, among other things, a commission to be charged) or automatically managed by AgoraPay (transactional, daily, weekly, monthly).

An API key pair is sent to you to use our APIs.

If you wish to receive webhook notifications, we register your endpoint and send you an HMAC key to verify the integrity of the returned information.
